Embassy Suites Phoenix Biltmore, 2630 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016 About the Opportunity Are you prepared to lead as the next General Manager at Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore? In this role, you will motivate and oversee a skilled team, set standards for guest service excellence, and serve as the primary liaison between the hotel, owners, and corporate partners, fostering relationships and strategic communication. About the Hotel Located in the heart of the Biltmore area, the hotel offers 232 two-room suites with amenities like microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee makers. Guests enjoy a complimentary breakfast, evening receptions, outdoor pool, fitness center, and on-site dining. The hotel also features meeting rooms and a business center for corporate needs. What Are We Looking For?
Basic Qualifications: At least one year as a Hotel General Manager at a property with over $10M in annual revenue and 200+ rooms. Proven ability to increase revenue and market share. Experience in fostering service-oriented cultures and leading high-performance teams. Ability to develop and maintain ownership relationships. Preferred Qualifications: Hilton brand experience.
