Preschool Principal (East/ 5 days) - WC2

Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with ECDA regulations. Lead and manage teaching and administrative teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Develop and implement curriculum plans to support holistic child development. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children. Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and the community through effective communication and engagement. Handle administrative functions, including budgeting, resource management, and reporting. Requirements:

Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPL). At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with leadership responsibilities.
