Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals. Oversee daily operations and ensure they meet the quality standards of the organization. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team. Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operating capacity. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement measurable enhancements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong risk management practices. Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders and represent the organization to external entities. Collaborate with the executive team in strategic planning and execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of operational management experience, preferably in nonprofit or educational organizations. Proven ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.
