About the Role We are seeking a passionate
Director of Product
to re-imagine the delivery of financial products to consumers in today’s digital society. The role involves developing and executing product roadmaps, managing a team of product managers, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial products, understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, and a track record of building successful products.
This role is located on-site 4 days a week at our headquarters in Chelsea, NYC.
Key Responsibilities
Own product definition and development, from initial requirements to launch and refinement.
Lead a team of product managers to drive growth.
Define and track success criteria with senior management.
Collaborate with design and engineering to craft a delightful user experience.
Drive successful integration with external partners.
Align product strategy with company goals with leadership.
Communicate product vision and roadmap across teams.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years in product management, with success in fintech.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in agile environments.
Proven success with B2C products.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Passion for fintech and financial services industry knowledge.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
The annual base salary ranges from $175,000 to $235,000, with eligibility for equity and bonuses. Our total compensation includes 401(k) match, health insurance options, disability, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off.
