Proficiency with Java, Unix, SQL, and R. Experience with SOAP, REST, API, XML, and Web-Services. Well-versed in Agile methodologies. Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements and testing. Exposure to Automation Development. Prior experience supporting Customer Integration. Expertise in Performance and Scalability optimization. Data analysis skills and exposure. Impact You'll Make: The Senior Manager is responsible for Product Management of the primary TransUnion Voice Product that streamlines and automates the end-to-end ordering process for Number Porting, Directory Listings, and all related ancillary processes. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across TransUnion engineering teams, internal teams, customers, and prospective customers. The Product Manager will have the opportunity to lead system design that automates Number Port Orders and enhances systems associated with Number Porting and Directory Listing LSRs, in addition to related ancillary processes. Formulate plans for new products and product improvements to enhance customer experience and increase revenue. Manage a product roadmap, including feature enhancements and customer requirements from concept to deployment, as well as managing priorities and customer expectations. Support sales through marketing materials, product documentation, customer-facing reviews, demos, budgetary and contractual pricing, contract review, and ongoing support. Communicate product benefits to internal stakeholders such as marketing, product support, and account managers. Understand customer business problems and identify solutions to translate needs into product requirements. Recognize potential technical issues with the product and collaborate with support teams to resolve them. Collaborate across functional support teams including sales, marketing, BPO, product support, and customer support. Lead development teams to create and deploy products/solutions successfully into production. The application window for this job posting is estimated to close on May 1, 2025. Pay Scale Information: The U.S. base salary range for this position is $126,700 - $190,000 annually. Actual compensation depends on education, experience, skills, location, responsibilities, and market factors.
