Overview We are seeking a board-certified OBGYN physician to serve as the Residency Program Director for a newly established OBGYN residency program.

Maintain an active clinical role while leading residency program development. Establish and oversee ACGME accreditation, curriculum, and faculty recruitment. Plan didactic lectures, provide bedside teaching, and mentor residents. Develop resident recruitment, evaluate performance, and provide feedback. Dedicate approximately 80 hours per month to administrative and teaching duties. Pay Transparency Competitive salary estimated between $500,000 and $550,000 annually, including benefits and other compensation. Exact offer will depend on experience, credentials, and other factors.
