Job Description Summary The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project setup, implementation, and execution through completion of construction and/or qualification. Will assist Senior Leadership in establishing and refining best practices, standards, and excellence, while informing the Manager and/or Market Lead of all project, internal, and client issues affecting the perception and reputation of Cushman & Wakefield. Must have exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team and mentor less experienced team members is essential.

Job Description Contribute to project strategy development with Directors and execute within the business unit of Cushman & Wakefield and the client. Manage overall project cost, schedule, risk, and scope; develop project charter and execution plan. Drive scope and contractors to meet project schedule and cost objectives. Organize personnel and resources, operating within the office or department. Implement plans, providing construction cost and benefit analysis as required. Oversee project implementation and execution through to completion of construction; work with owner team on operational readiness plans. Prepare RFQs and RFPs for vendor and contractor services. Review subcontract proposals, pricing, and scoping. Negotiate contracts and manage performance with vendors and consultants. Review, validate, and audit cost estimates from contractors. Develop and manage the Master Project Schedule; track project performance against schedules and critical paths. Guide clients and teams through design, procurement, and construction processes. Lead client-facing project meetings. Manage due diligence, programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, procurement, and contractor selection. Oversee capital improvement programs across multiple sites, utilizing local resources. Interface extensively with client staff and internal teams. Demonstrate proficiency with relevant technology for projects. Inform Manager and/or Market Lead of project issues affecting perception and reputation. Identify and address potential liabilities and risks. Assist leadership in establishing and refining best practices and standards. Compensation for this role ranges from $132,090 to $155,400, based on experience, location, and other factors.
