Master of Business Administration Knowledge and Skills As a Manager, you will advise Pharma and Life Sciences executives on business challenges, lead client engagements, build relationships with C-level clients, and support business development. You should demonstrate expertise in enterprise and digital strategies, leading transformation programs, and managing teams to deliver results. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
