The Role At Air Apps, we are building cutting-edge mobile products used by millions. We’re looking for a
Product & Market Analyst
to help us stay ahead of the curve. You’ll be the go-to person for analyzing external market trends, benchmarking competitor features, and identifying gaps and opportunities that will shape our product strategy. Your work will serve as a critical input for our product team, informing what to build next, how to improve user experience, and where to focus our resources. You won’t be managing product development directly, but you’ll be instrumental in surfacing actionable insights and creating clear documentation that inspires and guides our roadmap. Responsibilities
Benchmark competitor products
and features, providing structured comparisons and detailed breakdowns of what leading players are doing — and how we can do better.
Conduct
market research and feature analysis
to identify trends, emerging functionalities, and unmet user needs.
Create
clear and concise product documentation , including feature descriptions, user flows, and visual examples to guide internal development.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to ensure market insights are translated into product improvements.
Analyze
internal product usage
and
user behavior data
to identify friction points and validate feature hypotheses.
Produce
strategic reports , presentations, and briefs to support decision-making across the company.
Track and monitor product KPIs and create dashboards to communicate ongoing performance insights.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in
product analysis ,
market research ,
competitive intelligence , or a related field.
Experience conducting
competitive benchmarking
and developing feature-level analyses.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in
SQL ,
Python , or
R
a plus.
Familiarity with
product analytics platforms
(e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
Ability to create compelling
product and market briefs
that combine data, visuals, and strategic insights.
Excellent
communication and writing skills ; ability to synthesize complex findings for diverse stakeholders.
Experience working in a
fast-paced tech environment , ideally with digital products or mobile apps.
