The Commercial Excellence team is experiencing rapid growth and offers significant opportunities for career advancement, leadership development, and international exposure. We aim to help clients improve revenue, margins, and marketing effectiveness through various initiatives such as Margin Transparency, Product Portfolio Optimization, SKU Rationalization, Price Optimization, and Margin Recovery. The Director will lead teams executing client programs related to Revenue & Margin Management, develop analytical plans, and deliver data-driven insights. Responsibilities include managing teams, communicating with C-level executives, designing actionable solutions, and contributing to intellectual property development. Key responsibilities include: Evaluating cost allocation processes and profitability by different dimensions Assessing and improving product costing and cost-to-serve analyses Optimizing product portfolios and rationalizing SKUs Developing and implementing pricing strategies and initiatives Leading margin recovery efforts and cost-to-serve improvements Qualifications include: 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue & Margin management, pricing, or related fields Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills Experience with tools such as SQL, BI platforms, and statistical software is preferred Leadership experience managing teams and client relationships Industry experience in B2B, Business Services, or private equity is a plus The salary range is $150,000–$225,000 annually, with additional discretionary bonuses.
