Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr This job requires the job holder to be in our Denver office 3 days per week minimum. We are seeking a visionary Head of Product Marketing with extensive expertise in cancer care to lead our product marketing strategy and drive market adoption of the VieCure ecosystem. This role will be essential in positioning VieCure as the definitive solution for oncology practices transitioning to precision medicine, while effectively communicating our unique value proposition to oncologists, cancer center administrators, and health system executives. The ideal candidate merges extensive product marketing leadership with hands-on experience in oncology software and healthcare technology adoption. You will be tasked with translating our complex AI-driven platform into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse healthcare stakeholders and drive revenue growth in the rapidly evolving precision oncology market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the VieCure platform, targeting cancer centers and in Life Sciences (Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical) Lead competitive positioning against conventional cancer center technologies and new precision oncology platforms, highlighting VieCure's unique "whole knowledge system" approach Create compelling value propositions that demonstrate ROI through improved clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization for cancer centers Support expansion goals by driving awareness and demand generation Conduct deep market research on community oncology practice challenges, adoption barriers for precision medicine, and competitive dynamics Develop detailed personas for our key stakeholders: community oncologists, cancer center administrators, health system CIOs, and practice managers Gather customer feedback from our cancer center network to inform the product roadmap and messaging refinement Track industry trends including telemedicine adoption, value-based care initiatives, and oncology workforce shortages Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration Serve as a central connection point between the market, the customer, and VieCure, including Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, and others Work closely with product management to influence roadmap priorities based on market feedback and competitive intelligence Partner with our partnerships team on go-to-market strategies for pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and health system collaborations Collaborate with customer success to develop retention strategies and expansion opportunities within existing cancer center networks Partner with clinical affairs to translate clinical evidence and patient outcomes data into powerful marketing narratives Create sales materials specifically for oncology stakeholders, including clinical evidence summaries, workflow integration guides, and financial impact calculators Develop competitive battlecards positioning VieCure against traditional oncology EMRs (Epic, Cerner) and emerging precision medicine platforms Build comprehensive sales training programs covering cancer care workflows, precision oncology trends, and value-based care models Support complex health system sales cycles with executive-level presentations and custom ROI analyses Partner with our network of pharmaceutical and diagnostic company partners to create co-marketing opportunities Support with Trade Show execution to demonstrate effective return on engagement for the VieCure commercial organization To be confirmed according to the Delegation of Authority policy. Job Specifications Education / Qualification Bachelor’s degrees or equivalent experience in certified further education Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Administration; MBA or advanced healthcare degree strongly preferred 10+ years of product marketing experience in cancer care, oncology EMRs, clinical decision support systems, or healthcare AI platforms Deep understanding of oncology practice operations, cancer care delivery models, and precision medicine workflows Proven experience with marketing results across the cancer care ecosystem, including oncologists, administrators, health system executives, clinical decision-makers, and innovators in Life Sciences Track record of successful healthcare technology product launches and market adoption strategies Strongly Preferred Qualifications Track record of driving measurable revenue impact in community healthcare markets Clinical background in oncology, nursing, pharmacy, or healthcare administration Established relationships within the oncology community and cancer care organizations Experience with AI/ML healthcare applications and clinical decision support tools Experience at healthcare technology companies scaling go-to-market functions Experience with precision medicine platforms, genomics companies, or diagnostic partnership Knowledge of cancer registries, clinical trial management, and oncology research workflows Natural leadership style, confident and poised. Advanced oral and written communication skills, uncompromised by perceived hierarchical chain of command. Ability to effectively influence without authority - engaging, motivating, and managing others across the enterprise outside of the direct reporting line. Ability to influence and drive outcomes (outcome-driven). Situational and emotional intelligence, able to read the room and adapt behaviors accordingly. Adaptable and flexible, able to change direction and mobilize teams to deliver despite a changing environment. Motivated and engaged – values the organization, co-workers, and the mission. A balanced technical skill set with required soft skills to translate complex scenarios in simplistic terms when needed, depending on the audience. Experience in software product marketing and development, with extensive experience in category creating product launches Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize clinical data, financial outcomes, and operational metrics Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI/clinical concepts for diverse audiences Experience with healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, HIPAA, and quality measure reporting Experience with complex healthcare sales cycles (6-18 months) and multi-stakeholder decision processes Seniority level
