Robert Half Executive Search (RH ES) has experienced significant year-over-year growth and is seeking a Managing Director (MD) to join the team. In this boutique-like environment, the MD focuses on business development to secure retained search engagements and manages the overall engagement delivery process. The role involves building trusted advisor relationships with clients, understanding their business, culture, and talent needs; sourcing, screening, and managing candidates; and providing consultative guidance on executive search best practices. The MD oversees and drives the search process, including client management, strategy development, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Develop and expand trust-based client relationships, securing search engagements through networking, referrals, and professional organizations.
Manage the search process from start to finish, acting as project leader, negotiating terms, and conducting client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams and other MDs to develop search strategies and evaluate candidates.
Present candidates and advise clients on selection, ensuring a cultural and technical fit.
Grow the client base in specified markets, including Los Angeles, Atlanta, and the Tri-State area.
Qualifications:
Experience in executive search, business development, or related fields.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams.
Location preferences include Greater Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Tri-State (NY, NJ, CT).
Additional Information:
Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000, depending on market.
