We are seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager - Mission Critical for our Boston office (Hybrid role). This senior role involves business development, client relations, and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities
Manage schedules and budgets for multiple projects Communicate effectively with clients Possess knowledge of technical terms and maintain good rapport with outside partners Develop and manage project designs from concept through design documents, construction documents, and close-out Coordinate with all trade departments Handle Construction Administration activities including submittal reviews, RFI responses, and shop drawing reviews Perform site investigations and punch list reviews to support construction and project closeout Manage quality control, deliverables, and deadlines Assist with business development Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Master’s degree and PE license preferred 10+ years of project management experience Knowledge of industry trends Proficiency in MS Office and cloud tools; strong communication skills Working knowledge of BIM and Revit Decision-making and judgment skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills preferred Work Culture Our hybrid work style (up to 2 days remote/week) offers flexibility and in-person industry exposure.
