raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and are experiencing rapid growth , aiming to reach double-digit ARR by June this year. We seek passionate, driven individuals ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, working from 9 to 9, six days a week. About The Role We’re hiring a Go-To-Market / Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance data-driven decision-making across Sales and Customer Success, improve GTM efficiency, forecast growth, and build our revenue operations foundation. What You’ll Do
Partner with GTM leaders to analyze sales and customer funnel performance Create dashboards, models, and reports to track KPIs (pipeline, conversion, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.) Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting Drive operational improvements through tooling, automation, and process design Manage GTM systems (CRM, lead routing, attribution, etc.) Identify revenue insights and trends to influence strategic decisions Define metrics, reporting cadence, and prepare executive updates What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Strategy, BizOps, or similar roles in B2B SaaS Strong analytical skills; expert in Excel/Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels and how to optimize them Experience managing or working with CRM systems Excellent communicator who can translate data into actionable insights Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Why Join Us?
