Technology Partner Role This is a multi-faceted leadership role within Tiger’s core Data & Insights Solutions practice. The role requires broad and deep technology expertise, including experience with large transformation projects, leading innovation-driven practices, and managing relationships with executive stakeholders across IT and Business sectors. Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership and client engagement, liaising with data leaders at strategic clients to offer advisory and insights. Conduct educational forums and brown bag sessions to share thought leadership. Review client platforms, organizations, and practices proactively, providing improvement recommendations, solutions, and roadmaps. Lead technology initiatives rooted in Data and Insights, addressing technology, organizational, and process aspects. Assist in recruiting key talent for client technology roles. Create detailed technology solutions for complex, first-of-a-kind initiatives. Support pre-sales activities and new business development, including presenting Tiger’s capabilities, creating solutions, and proposals. Lead the Data and Insights Practice, mentoring engineering talent and managing architect resources. Develop thought leadership content for market offerings, including reference architectures and best practices. Participate in hiring practices and liaise with offshore teams for solutions, training, and capability development. Skills and Expertise:
Solution architecture development for large enterprises and transformation programs. Experience with traditional and modern data platforms: NoSQL, MPP, columnar, big data, and cloud data services across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Over 5 years of experience in consulting leadership roles. Proficiency with data processing tools and frameworks, including batch ETL, real-time streaming, and IoT architectures. Knowledge of Big Data, Data Fabric, and Data Mesh architectures. Experience with data management practices, including Data Governance, Data Catalogs, and data security. Expertise in MLOps processes, platforms, and organizational implications, along with ML models and lifecycle. Experience with data warehousing, BI lifecycle, and related technologies.
