Job Description: Docket Specialist at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Docket Specialist for our Intellectual Property Patent Support Unit (PATSU). Under the supervision of the Docket Supervisor, the Docket Specialist will coordinate and maintain all aspects of the patent computerized docket system and liaise daily with practice group lawyers and staff.

This position can be based in San Francisco, Silicon Valley (Palo Alto), Orange County, Century City, Los Angeles, Seattle, Houston, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, or Washington D.C., with a hybrid work schedule. Overtime flexibility is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage all areas of the CPI database, including application details, docket due dates, and remarks. Handle incoming domestic and foreign client communications. Manage incoming Patent and Trademark Office communications and filings. Process electronic communications according to departmental procedures. Provide docket, status, and maintenance reports to patent personnel and lawyers. Qualifications: High school diploma and at least one year of docketing experience or equivalent patent process knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail. Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a collaborative team environment. Benefits & Compensation:

Salary ranges vary by location, e.g., $64,700 - $107,825 for California positions. Final salary is determined during the interview process, considering experience and market factors.
