The Role of Director This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role requiring a thought leader and problem-solver. The Director will lead team efforts, liaise with senior leadership, and manage client relationships to ensure project success and impact.
Required Experience
Extensive consulting experience with a top management consulting firm, specializing in healthcare strategy.
Proven success leading engagements in enterprise strategic planning, growth strategies, M&A, partnerships, and cost strategies within healthcare providers.
Deep knowledge of the healthcare provider industry, including hospitals, medical centers, and physician groups.
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make high-quality decisions based on large data sets.
Experience managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering high-quality client outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting clear, impactful proposals, presentations, and workshops.
Talent development skills with a track record of attracting and coaching talented professionals.
Alignment with core values: integrity, openness, diversity, and client focus.
Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly; living near a major airport within the contiguous US.
Compensation and Benefits The estimated base salary range is
$215,000 - $250,000 . Including annual incentives, total compensation is estimated at
$311,750 - $362,500 . Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs. Salary ranges comply with applicable laws and may vary based on experience and other factors.
