Responsibilities: Maintain all aspects of the site for optimal operation Recruit, interview, hire, and manage site team members Train Customer Service Associates, Leads, and Assistant Managers; provide ongoing education Create and manage team member schedules and responsibilities Set and monitor sales goals for team members Open and close the site, facilitate daily operations Perform minor equipment repairs as trained Engage customers and promote our Unlimited Wash Club Monitor daily labor and maintenance Complete required reports timely Uphold company policies consistently Manage chemicals safely and effectively Load vehicles safely with clear signals and a smile Ensure customer satisfaction through thorough and enjoyable washes Manage overall site performance Required Skills: 2 years of management experience 3 years of sales or customer service experience Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and special events High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or related field Preferred: Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring Preferred: Car Wash experience
