Position: Market President The Market President provides leadership and oversees the operation of the Regional Medical Center. This role aligns actions with City of Hope's mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. The incumbent reports to the Chief Integration Officer and is responsible for hospital and ambulatory development, growth of cancer services, outreach programs, and overall operational management including strategic planning, budgeting, clinical growth, patient experience, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement organizational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Oversee performance and development of executive staff, with final approval on hiring and promotions. Business Review & Collaboration:

Regularly present business updates to the Chief Integration Officer. Collaborate with hospital leaders on major decisions and projects. Anticipate future needs and optimize support services and technology. External Relations & Community Engagement:

Build partnerships with stakeholders, donors, civic, and local organizations, representing City of Hope's mission. Patient Experience & Clinical Talent:

Ensure a care delivery experience that exceeds expectations and attracts top physicians. Oversee business development, expansion, and physician recruitment. Public Relations & Talent Development:

Represent the hospital publicly, develop leadership pipelines, and foster a culture of safety and quality. Regulatory Compliance:

Work with the Chief Integration Officer and Compliance to ensure adherence to standards from agencies like JCAHO, OSHA, and others. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration required. Minimum of 10 years managing a mid to large healthcare organization, with at least 5 years in an executive role.
