Data Analyst Intern
As our Data Analyst Intern you will: Perform data analysis accurately and timely using statistical techniques and data mining methods to identify trends and correlations for business units Interpret and present data findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner Build and manage data models, metrics, documents, templates, reports, and dashboards to understand daily operations and drive key business decisions. Design, develop custom dashboards, and reports to track key metrics. Automate and streamline reporting processes to ensure timely delivery of insights to senior management. Ensure all data is compliant with regulatory requirements maintaining data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, product performance, and strategic goals to provide valuable insights, and analytical support.
Requirements: Two years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or related (or in progress at minimum) Basic knowledge of Credit Union operations, products, and services Basic technical knowledge. Experience with data visualization tools, programming languages, SQL, and Microsoft applications desired High problem-solving abilities, self-starter, and drive for willingness to learn Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with cross-functional colleagues Time management and organizational skills - must have the ability and drive to meet deadlines Financial institution experience preferred but not required
