: Need in-person interventional radiology coverage. Practice Setting

: Hospital Call Schedule

: 7 days per week Annual ER Volume

: 80k Documentation System/EMR

: Full epic and PACs Number of Exam Rooms

: 2 rad rooms Number of Radiologists in Practice

: 2 IR Description of Support Staff

: Full staffed rad group Demographic

: Adult Volume of procedures

: 15-25/day M-F; 8a-5p + week night & weekend call Procedures Required

General community interventional radiology procedures Strong biopsy & cancer needs Submission Requirements

Board Certified -

REQUIRED BLS/ACLS Certified -

REQUIRED OH License -

REQUIRED Fellowship (Nuclear or Mammography) -

Preferred Provider MUST have clean files to be considered Close to OH -

preferred CDS Certification and DEA Registration -
