About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the HR strategy for its diverse workforce. The successful candidate will be a visionary yet hands-on HR executive, responsible for driving the company's people strategy in alignment with business goals. This includes overseeing all HR functions such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, culture, performance management, and leadership development for both clinical and non-clinical teams. The role demands a strategic leader who can foster engagement, champion core values, and ensure that the company's culture is conducive to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and have at least 10 years' experience in HR management, particularly in strategic and talent management. HR certifications such as PHR and SPHR are also preferred. The role requires a deep understanding of employment legislation, and experience in healthcare HR management is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior HR roles, be skilled in budget preparation and fiscal management, and possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably UKG, is also a key requirement.
