About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to serve as a senior strategic partner, leading the development and execution of a comprehensive human capital strategy. The CHRO will be responsible for driving innovative talent management practices, including strategic compensation leadership, talent planning, and organizational development. This role involves overseeing recruitment, staffing, and onboarding processes, as well as ensuring HR operations and compliance. The successful candidate will also champion a collaborative and inclusive culture, lead change management strategies, and establish feedback mechanisms to measure and enhance the employee experience. Candidates for the CHRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a focus on talent strategy, organizational design, and compensation. Expertise in job leveling, compensation design, and pay equity practices is essential. The role requires strong change-management, project-management, and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. The CHRO will be expected to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams and demonstrate a commitment to equity, transparency, and continuous improvement.
