Our client, a real estate technology company in Miami, FL, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a six-month contract-to-hire position. The role is hybrid (four days onsite per week).

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and lead process and technology improvement initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance resources and cross-functional teams from the business and IT during finance transformation projects.
• Independently translate general business requirements into achievable projects while ensuring alignment with the Finance function's strategic vision.
• Apply problem solving, process analysis, design, and implementation of complex solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' overall experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Management
• 5+ years' experience with Oracle ERP or EPM Applications with either JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud
• 5+ years Lean Six Sigma experience (Green Belt highly preferred)
• Experience working in Finance/Banking Industry
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Information Technology, or related field
