to join our growing and diverse practice in
Baytown, TX

Full-spectrum OB-GYN care Patient demographics:
Primarily women of childbearing age, with some adolescent and Medicare patients
Pathologies:
Wide range of gynecologic and obstetric care Procedures
: Robotics (preferred), LEEPs, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, cryotherapy
Deliveries & Surgery:
Surgeries performed at HCA Southeast Deliveries at Methodist Baytown
Clinic Setup
:
2 FT and 1 PT Medical Assistants 2 front desk staff and an experienced Office Manager Athena EMR system
Qualifications Medical Degree: MD or DO Board Certification/Eligibility in OB-GYN Experience Level: Open to all experience levels, including new grads Support & Mentorship New grads welcome Work alongside experienced CNM and physician with strong robotic surgery background Future opportunity to supervise APPs Compensation & Benefits Compensation Model (Years 2+): Graduated profit-sharing model Partnership Opportunity Bonus Structure: Productivity IdInsurance:
