Job Title: Club Receptionist

Job Summary: The Club Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves managing incoming calls, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining club communications. The receptionist will assist with member check-ins, event coordination, and various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the country club.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests with friendly and professional demeanor.

Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information about club services, events, and amenities.

Schedule appointments, reservations, and event bookings.

Manage the club’s reservation system and ensure proper documentation of all appointments and requests.

Assist in the coordination of club events, activities, and special requests.

Handle member check-ins, ensuring accurate records and smooth transactions.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Monitor and manage club emails, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining member records.

Address any concerns or issues from members and guests, escalating to management as needed.

Ensure a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service at all times.

Notify departments of received shipments.

Process Shop Store sales.

Make outside reservations for members during reciprocal season

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Additional education or certification in hospitality or administration is a plus).

Previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and familiarity with reservation systems.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
