Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician

Outpatient-focused role with excellent work-life balance Flexibility to pick up hospital shifts, if desired Minimal clinic call responsibilities Collaborative group of 24 physicians Choice of a 4- or 5-day work week Inherited patient panel-step into a busy practice right away $300,000 base compensation plus productivity bonus $50,000 recruitment incentive / sign-on bonus 6 weeks of paid time off Loan forgiveness available Community Information Salinas, CA
