CDL A Truck Driver - Store Delivery | Savannah, GA 31401| Full-Time Permanent | $1,200 to $1,400 Weekly Job Summary Full-time permanent CDL A truck driver position for dedicated retail store deliveries. Monday through Friday schedule with early morning start times. Home daily with occasional overnight (average one per week). Serving Georgia, South Carolina, and Northeast Florida. Weekly Pay: $1,200 to $1,400 Compensation includes $0.77 per mile plus $20 per stop after first delivery. Additional bonuses: $45 for runs under 50 miles, $35 for runs under 150 miles. Consistent weekly earnings based on dedicated route structure. Pay is distributed weekly via direct deposit with detailed settlement statements provided for transparency. Work Territory Deliver to retail stores throughout Georgia and South Carolina with occasional Northeast Florida stops. All routes within 220-mile radius of Rincon, GA facility. 100% no-touch freight using drop-and-hook operations. Routes are pre-planned with GPS navigation support and fuel optimization to maximize efficiency and minimize delays. Equipment Provided Late-model International LT trucks with automatic transmission, APU, and inverter. Company maintains all vehicles to ensure reliability and driver comfort. Trucks undergo regular preventive maintenance schedules and are equipped with electronic logging devices for DOT compliance. Roadside assistance available 24/7 for any mechanical issues. Work Schedule Details Standard workweek runs Monday through Friday with weekend time off. Start times vary between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM depending on delivery requirements and store opening times. Most drivers complete routes and return home same day. Occasional overnight stays average once per week when delivery schedules require extended coverage areas.
