Responsibilities Provide high-quality physical therapy assistance to patients under supervision.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Utilize evidence-based practices to improve patient care quality.
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal growth.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment.
Support administrative tasks related to patient scheduling and billing.
Experience/Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in physical therapy.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
Ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team metrics.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient documentation and records.
Strong organizational skills for managing patient scheduling and administrative tasks.
