Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Attorney for its client's Miami office.
Our client's Miami office seeks an associate with a minimum of four years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-suit investigation and development of potential claims, and litigation of claims in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country. Familiarity with Florida construction law is preferred but not a pre-requisite. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. An active Florida license in good standing required.
