Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments to patients under supervision of a licensed therapist.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Track and report on therapy outcomes and patient progress.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize pipelines to assess potential success in therapy interventions.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance therapy skills.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and exercises.
Contribute to achieving team targets and goals.
Ensure high visibility of work activity and results.
Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments.
Experience/Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in New Hampshire or eligible for licensure.
Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in physical therapy.
Proficient in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Strong ability to document patient progress accurately and timely.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Experience using pipelines to assess therapy intervention success.
Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling and appointments.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
