Senior Software Engineer, C#, ASP.net, SQL Server, Hybrid - Fort Worth, TX

Join a mature software engineering team to design and code functional programs and applications. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail, to write clean code to produce fully functional software applications according to business requirements.

What will you be doing?

• Design, develop, and maintain applications to support business operations
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing codebases and database queries for performance and scalability
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and data integrity
• Document technical specifications and system architecture
• Learn and adapt to changes in requirements from the business

What are the minimum qualifications?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline
• 4+ years of experience in software development
• Strong experience with C# and SQL
• Understanding of Object‐Oriented Programming and design patterns
• Knowledge of relational database design and development, with SQL Server
• Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and system integrations
• Excellent problem‐solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
• Experience working in financial investment or financial services
• Familiarity with APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• AWS or other cloud environments

Location: Hybrid inFort Worth, Texas. In‐office Tuesday through Thursday

Relocation: No assistance

Salary: 120k – 135k + Bonus Plan(8-10%), 401K Plan is ~10% company contributed. Lunch paid by firm, $75/month mobile reimbursement, Gym Fee, Free Parking
