CE is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our Colonie/Albany, NY location. This is a full-time or part-time role with pay rate of $19-$22 per hour DOE. Introduction: Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team and help provide top-quality HVAC/R products, parts, and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)
• May require occasional travel to various locations for training, professional development, meetings, or other work-related activities with advance notice

Qualifications And Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or a similar distribution industry
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team building) skills
• Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail
