This is a full-time Warehouse Associate role supporting our Warehouse Operations team. The position involves receiving and processing inventory, staging for transport between warehouses, operating a forklift, handling sensitive office equipment, data entry, and assisting with periodic inventory counts. You will work in a warehouse environment and use Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as our specialized software system to process orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and stage inventory for transport between warehouses
• Operate a forklift and handle sensitive office equipment
• Perform data entry and use our specialized order processing software
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Prior warehouse experience; prior shipping and data entry experience is a plus
• Prior forklift experience is a plus
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds periodically
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions found in a warehouse
• Comfortable working with computer programs
• Clean driving record

Job Details

• Position: Warehouse Associate
• Location: Tempe, Arizona Office
• Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: Starts at $20 per hour
• Benefits: Full benefits plan including medical, dental, vision; three weeks paid time off; paid holidays; 401(k) with company match

We provide initial on-the-job training and the support of a knowledgeable team. Uniform shirts are provided; work pants and work boots/shoes are required but not provided. This position is currently accepting applications.
