About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position involves a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse, including receiving and organizing materials, kitting job kits, operating equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and performing physical labor. The successful candidate will also help with inventory management, recycling, and occasional hotshot deliveries.
What You'll Do
Receiving and Storing Inventory: Receive and inspect incoming shipments of batteries, inverters, and other materials. Record and track items using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Kitting Job Kits: Assemble job kits based on Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, including sorting, labeling, and storing materials efficiently.
Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies as needed.
Forklift and Pallet Jack Operation: Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials and equipment within the warehouse.
Loading and Unloading: Unload pallets from semis and load pallets onto box trucks. Ensure that materials are handled with care and in a timely manner.
Recycling: Manage the recycling of materials as needed, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and maintaining a clean workspace.
Hotshot Deliveries: Occasionally perform onsite hotshot deliveries, driving to various locations to deliver materials on time.
Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
Ability to lift up 50-70 lbs.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Must be comfortable with manual labor and working in a physically demanding environment.
Pay range: $18/hr - $23/hr
RSUs: $1000 annual (4-year vest)
