Overview
Administrative Assistant at Lund is a welcoming, dependable, and organized role serving as the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors. The Administrative Assistant manages front office operations, oversees phone and voicemail systems, and ensures that everyone who comes through our doors feels supported. This role involves triaging calls, including medical or crisis-related concerns, and ensuring messages and needs reach the right people quickly. It supports new employee onboarding, helps with Residential client admissions, and assists staff in using essential office tools and equipment. The Administrative Assistant also leads in ordering and organizing office supplies to ensure teams across the agency have what they need.

What You Will Bring
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and accurate attention to detail.
