Responsibilities Client Account Management: Assist clients by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth client experience. Policy Administration: Manage client accounts by handling renewals, filing claims, and processing changes to policies. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring client satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with agency policies and legal guidelines. Relationship Building: Develop and sustain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Problem-solving: Quickly address and resolve client issues, demonstrating patience and understanding.

Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management or a related field. Licensing: Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License is required or the ability to secure one within the first 3 months is essential. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain a positive client experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance agency management software (e.g., AMS360, Applied Epic). Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients. Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to assess complex situations and provide effective solutions. Personal Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities efficiently.
