Overview
Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, building interactive dashboards, and supporting business leaders in data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate across departments, ensuring data quality, consistency, and clarity in reporting.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into effective data models, visualizations, and KPIs.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources (Snowflake, SQL Server, Excel, etc.).
- Partner with business teams to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, data visualization best practices, and analytics trends.

Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ETL processes and working with large, complex datasets.

Systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, custom visuals, row-level security, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience querying relational databases.
