Overview

Data Analyst II at Honeywell. You will analyze complex data sets to drive strategic business decisions, develop innovative solutions, and support data-driven decision-making. You will leverage data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to provide actionable insights, optimize processes, reduce costs, and identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop insights, and provide recommendations. The role reports to the Sr. Director IT Business Partner and is located in Atlanta, GA with a Hybrid work schedule. For the first 90 days, new hires should be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
