Overview

LeafGuard – Sales Representative. You don’t need to have sales experience; you need to be self-motivated, driven, detail-oriented, and someone who understands and values the customer experience. Position available in Latham/Colonie/Albany, NY area. Compensation includes commission with high earning potential; many Sales Representatives earn in the range of $80,000–$120,000 per year in commission. Paid training and weekly direct deposit pay are provided.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set warm leads with no cold calling and no door-to-door knocking.
• Self-generate leads for additional commission opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and provide a positive customer experience.
• Attend in-person sales training and sales meetings.
• Maintain valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance (both required).
• Act with an energetic, friendly, and collaborative demeanor.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation; current vehicle and vehicle insurance required.
• Energetic, friendly, and collaborative demeanor.
• Ability to attend in-person training and meetings.
• Experience is not required; however, self-motivation and customer-focused mindset are essential.
