Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Driver based in Gardena, CA. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting plumbing products to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading products, maintaining delivery logs, inspecting delivery vehicles, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries. The role also involves occasional warehouse duties, such as inventory management and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Transport plumbing products to customer locations and job sites in a timely and accurate manner
• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles; secure loads and verify quantities
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
• Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and on-site interactions
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and forklift operation

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to interact professionally with customers and ensure delivery needs are met
• Experience in forklift operation for safely loading and unloading products
• Ability to maintain accurate delivery logs and inspect vehicles regularly
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in the plumbing industry is a plus
