Overview

Delivery Driver at Pizza Inn is responsible for preparing and delivering menu items, handling customer interactions, and supporting restaurant operations as needed. This description preserves the core expectations and requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Able to fulfill job descriptions of cut & pack and cook
• Delivers finished menu items to guests’ home or office
• Accepts payment for food upon delivery
• Keeps car clean and in good working condition
• Keeps pace with incoming delivery orders
• Knows menu and able to describe items
• Assists in answering phone, taking orders, doorhanging and kitchen duties as needed, including dishwashing and trash disposal
• Assists in making pizza sauce and folding boxes
• Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed
• Completes opening and/or closing checklists
• Other duties as assigned by Company Management

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and liability insurance
• Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Demands

Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment. Must be able to handle multiple deliveries and lift up to 20 pounds.
