We are seeking a motivated, high energy individual to join our Operations Team as a Delivery Technician. As part of our Delivery team, you must be responsible, reliable, detail oriented and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have good people skills to deal with patients and peers amongst several departments. A background in medical equipment is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks.
• Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service in-person and over the phone.
• Data entry and scanning.
• Procuring and completing any necessary documentation required by Performance Home Medical and contracted insurance companies.
• Perform basic warehouse duties (i.e. receiving, stocking, and cleaning).
• Operate phone systems in a professional manner.
• Greet patients in a clinical setting and complete screening questionnaires.
• Perform daily deliveries including set up, service, and explanation of equipment.
• Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service.
• Clean/maintain company vehicles, property, and equipment after daily usage.
• Rotating afterhours and weekend on-call schedule.
• Ability to work at multiple sites.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to assist the team as needed.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal relationship skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Technologically proficient with strong computer skills.

• Responsible and reliable.
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (current driving abstract must be presented).
• Will be able to lift 90lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
