Overview

All Seasons Cleaning Services is one of the fastest-growing exterior home services companies in Vancouver and Portland. We specialize in roofing, gutter cleaning, landscaping, painting, tree care, and more. We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, and local service advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to grow local search rankings and website visibility.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Local Service Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
• Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush (or similar tools).
• Coordinate web content, blogs, and social media posts to support SEO and lead generation.
• Manage Google Business Profiles, online reviews, and local listings to strengthen brand presence.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SEO and Google Ads campaigns (local service industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and lead tracking.
• Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush (or similar).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Pay: $60K–$100K depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week
