We’re looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, connect with our community, and bring fresh ideas to life. This role will touch everything from social media and influencer programs to events, PR, and digital campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Social Media:
- Develop and execute our social media strategy
- Manage Instagram (and cross-post to Facebook)
- Launch and grow our TikTok presence
- Collaborate with content creators at our studio in Long Island City to produce photo and video content
- Manage paid social ads (e.g., Instagram/LinkedIn campaigns)
Influencers / Brand Ambassadors
- Lead our influencer program/s
- Organize events and activations with influencers and partners
Brand Partnerships
- Plan and execute partnership events
- Support product launches through co-branded initiatives
Email Marketing
- Run quarterly promotional email campaigns
- Build and maintain automated trigger emails
Loyalty Program
- Oversee the overall strategy and execution of the loyalty program
- Create campaigns to drive member engagement and increase guest visits
- Develop compelling messaging and creative assets to showcase exclusive member offers
PR & Media
- Partner with PR contacts to share brand stories and secure coverage
- Coordinate media outreach around events, partnerships, and new product launches
Who You Are
- A strategic thinker who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Strong communicator with a sharp eye for branding and detail
- Experienced in social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of marketing experience (preferably in food, beverage, wellness, or lifestyle brands)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and paid ad management
- Experience working with in-house graphic designers and/or working with freelance photographers, videographers, and other creatives.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and paid search campaigns
- A background in Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) is a big plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
