Overview Our client, a leader in financial services, is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join their team. This role is onsite 3x per week in San Diego, CA. This is a 1-year W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays! Base pay $50.00/hr - $62.00/hr What You’ll Be Doing Develop and manage comprehensive program plans covering all stages of the marketing process, including technology deployment, agency collaboration, campaign launch, and ongoing support Lead meetings with strategy teams, measurement partners, data scientists, creative teams, publishers, and agencies Oversee program execution , identifying and addressing risks and interdependencies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery Manage ambiguity and uncertainty, providing clarity and direction to keep objectives on track Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in Marketing Program Management Experience leading and delivering complex programs Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in related field PMP or Agile Certifications highly valued Prior experience in the SaaS, Tech, or FinTech industry preferred!
