About the role We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and business growth through paid social, YouTube, and ABM campaigns. This role will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital campaigns, with a focus on experimentation, optimization, and measurable impact. You’ll lead paid social and scale ABM programs—partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify high-value accounts, develop targeted campaigns, and personalize messaging that drives engagement and pipeline. The right candidate is hands-on, analytical, and excited to uncover growth opportunities while continuously improving performance across multiple channels. This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day per week in our San Francisco office and 4 days working remotely. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role. In this role, you will Develop and execute a data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Rollworks, 6Sense, and other paid social and account-based channels. Experiment with new channels to uncover growth frontiers. Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution—from ideation and audience targeting to ads trafficking, creative optimization and performance analysis. Use A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve ad creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. Leverage performance data to inform audience segmentation, creative development, and bidding approaches that drive performance and efficiency. Analyze and present campaign results, implementing recommendations to optimize performance and identify new growth opportunities. Partner with Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Regional Marketing Teams to create integrated campaigns to achieve our goals. Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally. Minimum requirements for the role 5+ years hands-on experience with Paid Social; ABM experience, Search or Programmatic Display is a plus. Skilled in building campaigns and ads directly in platform-native tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Rollworks, 6sense). Skilled in trafficking ads and implementing tags in Google Tag Manager. Experience with intent signal providers and AI ABM tools is a plus. Results-oriented and data-driven, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and priorities. Proven ability to build performance marketing channels from the ground up with high-impact, high-return initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams. High level of ownership and accountability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities for Marketing to drive business growth. Bachelor’s Degree. An ideal candidate also has Experience with intent signal providers and AI ABM tools is a plus. Experience with Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager, DV360) is a plus. Also listed: #LI-Hybrid Samsara’s Compensation Philosophy Samsara’s compensation program is designed to deliver Total Direct Compensation (based on role, level, and geography) that is at or above market. We do this through base salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles. For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually. We pay for performance, and top performers may receive above-market equity refresh awards.
