Therapist-SLP-Speech Language Pathologist (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced Therapist-SLP-Speech Language Pathologist for a 15-week contract in Westford, Massachusetts — earn up to ($2559 - $2693 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities Provide speech therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
Engage in continuous professional development and training.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Monitor and document client progress towards therapy goals.
Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in speech therapy.
Experience/Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Proven experience in providing speech therapy services in diverse settings.
Excellent communication skills for client and family interactions.
Ability to meet performance targets and contribute to team success.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech therapy.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and monitoring.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for client care.
