We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Newport, Vermont — earn up to ($2232 - $2350 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in telemetry settings.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patient health.
Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Vermont with telemetry experience.
Strong ability to monitor and interpret telemetry data effectively.
Proven track record of achieving individual performance targets.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience collaborating with healthcare teams for patient care plans.
Strong documentation skills for patient progress and treatment plans.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.
Engagement in quality improvement initiatives within healthcare settings.
Ability to assist in training and orientation of new staff members.
