Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and visually appealing graphics for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, presentations, trade show displays, and product packaging.
• Design brochures, flyers, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing assets tailored to the piping industry, including our distribution channel partners.
• Collaborate with product management, Engineering, HR, IT, Customer Experience, Technical Support, and global marketing teams.
• Provide mentorship to entry-level designers, offering feedback and guidance to elevate the overall quality of the creative output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up to date on design trends and competitor strategies to deliver cutting-edge visuals.
• Manage vendor relationships with design service and print production suppliers.
• Coordinate purchasing and payment for marketing services and tangibles; identify appropriate vendors based on competencies and capabilities.
• Work effectively with company personnel, customers and others by sharing ideas respectfully, listening, keeping commitments, and communicating progress.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required.
• Professional presentation with customers, distributors, vendors and other company personnel.
• Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills; grammatical and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of communications vehicles and mediums.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field (preferred).
• 7+ years progressive experience in a marketing department (a plus).
• PC and MacIntosh proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
